Momentum Family
School And Kindergarten
The project consists of three closely intertwined websites: The landing site is the collective hub to the two separate but intertwined websites of the school and the kindergarten. The design with its warm colors and the calm, inviting visual language underlines the natural concept.
It was a great pleasure to work closely with Korinna's team. I have worked with them on several projects now for many years, e.g. for the websites of Korinna's company KRD-Sicherheitstechnik.

Concept and technology
Under the hood, the three separate websites with their three stand-alone addresses "momentum-familie.de", "momentum-schule.de" and "momentum-kindergarten.de" are actually unified under one Joomla CMS system. The three similar but slightly varying designs are implemented using the Gantry template framework.
Kasiglas
KASIGLAS® is the main brand of the company KRD security technology. The company was founded in the late 1960s as a small garage which quickly grew into a business specialised in fitting police cars with protective windows. Nowadays it is one of the leading suppliers for highly specialised, lightweight glazing for many industries like pharma, vehicles and aviation.

This project aimed to highlight how KRD blends its rich, traditional heritage as a family business with its cutting-edge approach to lightweight, protective glazing solutions. We achieved this by using a classic layout as the foundation and spiced it up with striking, contemporary visuals.
The site is powered by the Joomla content management system, incorporating custom programming and utilizing several CreateWeb extensions, including the CW-swiper slideshow on the English homepage and the popular CW-hire system for job postings.
Brighton Forward
Special Educational Needs Provision
Brighton Forward is an outstanding organisation that helps young people with special needs on their way to independence. They support young people who are not accessing provison or are leaving secondary school and are not ready for a larger further education college, traineeship or employment, or those for whom a structured academic setting is not appropriate, by offering a life and work skills programme tailored to meet the needs of Post 15 SEND, SEMH and vulnerable young people.
Facts & Skills' rebranding in 2015 presented a unique opportunity to unleash our full potential by not only creating an impactful online presence but also building a fresh brand identity.
Working alongside our long-time partner Britta Saxer of Saxer Design, we seamlessly integrated web design with branding expertise. Britta crafted the new Facts & Skills logo and visual language, setting the stage for a cohesive and modern brand experience. We then translated these elements into a fully responsive website built on the robust Joomla content management system.

A key highlight of this project is the integration of our popular Joomla extension CW-hire. This tool, developed in close collaboration with Facts & Skills (then JobOkay), allows them to effortlessly advertise all their clients' job openings directly on their website. Applicants can conveniently apply through CW-hire's user-friendly application form, streamlining the recruitment process for both companies and candidates.
This project exemplifies our commitment to providing comprehensive solutions that go beyond simply designing websites. By leveraging our expertise in web design, content management systems, and custom extensions, we helped Facts & Skills create a dynamic online platform that reflects their brand values and empowers them to connect with top talent effectively.
Farm estate St. Dionys
The Gutshof (farm estate) St. Dionys in Lower Saxony, Northern Germany, is yet another very ambitious project of KRD-founder and philanthropist Beate Korinna Brammer. She bought this gorgeous historic farm house to completely refurbish it and turn it into a venue for art galleries and performances.
For this compact website, we chose the lightweight GRAV content management system, which stores content in files rather than a database, resulting in exceptional speed, ease of maintenance, and reliability.

To bring to life the farm estate's remarkable restoration journey, we leveraged our versatile CW-timeline module, a powerful tool for creating engaging timelines that's compatible with both Joomla and GRAV.
Insulation Online
Insulation Online needed an e-commerce solution that could handle the complexities of delivering a wide variety of different building materials from diverse suppliers across the UK, requiring an advanced, multi-tiered system of delivery fees. Additionally the system needed to fit a wide range of products, each with specific attributes like measurements, colors, options, minimum quantities, and unique custom fields.
After a thorough analysis to find the best system for the job, we leveraged WordPress and WooCommerce's flexibility to craft the best possible solution for these specific requirements. We advanced the system with extensive custom programming, to accommodate the versatile array of different products as well as the complex variety of delivery options and fees.

The result is a powerful and flexible online store that empowers Insulation Online to serve their customers all over the UK effectively and managing intricate product details seamlessly.
3HO Germany: Connecting Yoga Practitioners & Teachers
Partnering with Medienlounge in Germany, createWeb developed key features for the revamped 3HO Germany website, empowering both practitioners and teachers within the international yoga organization.
Our contributions included:
- Robust Membership Management System: We built a fully integrated Joomla-based membership system with front-end editing capabilities. This allows yoga teachers to easily manage their profiles, add events and courses, and directly interact with the community.
- Intuitive Course & Teacher Discovery: Visitors can effortlessly find local yoga classes and instructors using advanced search filters by subject area, teacher, or region.

- Yoga trainers database: We also developed a dedicated system for managing 3HO's network of certified yoga teacher trainers, complete with its own database and user-friendly back- and front-end interface. This streamlines communication between trainers and yoga teachers and provides a platform for yoga teachers to find the right trainer for the certificate they want to achieve. The front end also includes filters by subject, trainer and region and an interactive map view that further enhances discoverability.
